Erica and I have tried everything to shake off the extra weight. Since the baby was born, we both packed on the pounds because of poor diet, exercise, and sleep patterns. Myself? I went from 240 to 312. We started the gym and a diet in January of 2011. Between the weigh in and June, I dropped from 312 to 265lbs.
Alright asshole, what did you do?
We cut fats, red meat, big portions, sugars, sweets, and more. Water was the only intake of fluids, and plenty of it. So, what next? We started to slip.
I started to neglect the gym and move from water to diet soda, from diet soda to iced tea, from iced tea to sweet, and, well, you get the picture. I think that I tried to keep all the negative things away and just wanted them all at once. So I gave in. So we now found an even more interesting, and healthy, feat that we are determined to try.
Juice.
60 days of nothing but fresh fruits and vegetables Paired with exercise, I am determined to drop at least 50lbs in 60 days.
But Rob, what after?
I guess I better start liking greens. Lots of them with light, white meat. Fish, chicken, etc. So follow our journey, only 5 more days to prep for it with light foods and meats to prepare for it.
